Release Notes 1.21 (March 28, 2017)

DATIM upgraded to version 1.21 on March 28, 2017. This upgrade primarily includes the MER 2.0 Results entry form additions and changes for semi-annual (Q2&Q4) and annual indicators (Q4) outlined in the attachment, below. The semi-annual (Q2&Q4) forms will be available for data entry when the Q2 period opens for data entry on April 3, 2017.
