Digital PEPFAR Data Calendar

You can also access the live digital version of the calendar hosted in fan.gov that you can add to the calendar applications of your choice.  The URL for the GHSD-DataSystems Data Calendar is:

Note that you do not click the URL to access the calendar, rather, you paste this link as described below.  To add to your calendar, please follow these steps: 

Microsoft Outlook 

  1. Open your calendar 
  2. Find the calendar icon and double click on the icon.   
  3. Find the Add Calendar option on the top of your screen.   
  1. Click the down arrow next to Add Calendar and scroll down in the drop-down list to select From Internet. This will open a pop-up window that reads New Internet Calendar Subscription. Drop the url of the calendar to which you want to subscribe into the location box and hit okay.    
  1. You should now see the added calendar listed in the Other Calendars section of your mailbox.

Google Calendar 

Use a link to add a public calendar 

  1. On your computer, open Google Calendar. 
  2. On the left, next to "Other calendars," click Add   From URL. 
  3. Enter the calendar's address. 
  4. Click Add calendar. The calendar appears on the left, under "Other calendars. 

Tip: It might take up to 24 hours for changes to show in your Google Calendar.
