Release Notes 1.22.d (October 31, 2017)

DATIM Release 1.22.d was deployed in the October 31, 2017 maintenance release.

Evaluation SOP Form Updates:

1. The Evaluation Inventory forms have been updated with 40 new questions and redeployed to DATIM.
2. The Adherence Checklist has been updated with an additional question and redeployed to DATIM.
