Release Notes 1.26.a (September 27, 2018)

DATIM Release 1.26.a was deployed to DATIM on September 27, 2018.

This release includes the following updates:

  • Two new MER indicators have been added for FY18 Q4 results reporting for cervical cancer
  • Survey, Surveillance, and Research (SASR) is now available for data entry in DATIM
  • Expenditure reporting is now available for data entry in DATIM

1.    MER FY18 Q4

1.1.        Overview of changes

MER changes for FY18Q4 include two new Cervical Cancer Indicators and associated narratives. For guidance on how to report on these indicators, please refer to the updated MER guidance.

  • CXCA_SCREEN: Cervical Cancer Screening
    • Dataset: MER Results: Facility Based (and DoD)
    • Tab: 90 = Knowing HIV Status
    • Frequency: Semi-annual (Q2 and Q4)
  • CXCA_TX: Cervical Cancer Treatment
    • Dataset: MER Results: Facility Based (and DoD)
    • Tab: 90:90 = On ART
    • Frequency: Semi-annual (Q2 and Q4)
  • CXCA_SCRN Narrative
    • Dataset: MER Results: Narratives (IM)
    • Tab: 90 = Knowing HIV Status
    • Frequency: Semi-annual (Q2 and Q4)
  • CXCA_TX Narrative
    • Dataset: MER Results: Narratives (IM)
    • Tab: 90:90 = On ART
    • Frequency: Semi-annual (Q2 and Q4)

2.    Survey, Surveillance, and Research (SASR)

 Agency users can now enter SASR data into DATIM. SASR data will be entered in the “Tracker Capture” app within DATIM, which is now accessible to Global, Interagency, and Agency users. For details on how to input Survey, Surveillance, and Research data, please access the SASR Frequently Asked Questions.

3.    Expenditure Reporting (ER)

Note: ER has been deployed to datim.org, and will be subsequently deployed to DATIM4U in the coming weeks.
