DATIM Release 1.28.h was deployed on September 24, 2019.

DATIM 1.28.h organizational hierarchy change and MER FY19Q4 Results updates

Update:

  • Organizational hierarchy update:
    • Namibia requested to merge one duplicated site.

  • MER FY19Q4 Results updates:
    • KP_PREV validation Requirements changes:

Current validation is not able to provide the data insights for individual key populations. The new request is to update the validation rule to validate against their respective Key Population Type between both disaggregates and not just against the totals. This means validating each Key Population independently as follows:

  1. Sum of Disaggregated by Status / Key Population Type: (PWID) [ “Known Positive” + “Newly tested and / or referred for testing” + “Declined testing and / or referral”] <= Disaggregated by Key Population Type: (PWID) [“Female” + “Male”]
  2. Sum of Disaggregated by Status / Key Population Type: (MSM) [ “Known Positive” + “Newly tested and / or referred for testing” + “Declined testing and / or referral”] <= Disaggregated by Key Population Type: (MSM) [ “Sex workers” + “Non Sex Workers”]
  3. Sum of Disaggregated by Status / Key Population Type: (Transgender People) “Known Positive” + “People Newly tested and / or referred for testing” + “Declined testing and / or referral” <= Disaggregated by Key Population Type: (Transgender) “Sex workers” + “Non Sex Workers”
  4. Sum of Disaggregated by Status / Key Population Type: (FSW) “Known Positive” + “Newly tested and / or referred for testing” + “Declined testing and / or referral” <= Disaggregated by Key Population Type: (FSW) “Sex workers”
  5. Sum of Disaggregated by Status / Key Population Type: (People in prison and other closed settings) “Known Positive” + “Newly tested and / or referred for testing” + “Declined testing and / or referral” <= Disaggregated by Key Population Type: (People in prison and other closed settings) “People in prison and other closed settings”

At Q4: Report the number of children and parents/caregivers that exited in the past four quarters and did not return to active status or graduate)" to "Graduated (At Q2: Graduated in the past 6 months.
