Justin Whitaker -

Invalid Indicator

Reason:

An invalid indicator means that the MOH_Indicator_ID  in the Results file does not exist in the Indicator Mapping App.

Next Steps:

  • Review the rows indicated in the error message and verify that the corresponding column(s) is not empty.
    • If the value is missing, add the ID,  save and re-upload your Results file.
  • If the ID is not missing, confirm if it is a valid  MOH_Indicator_ID that was defined in the Indicator Mapping App.
    • If ID is incorrect, add the correct ID, save and re-upload your Results file.
    • If ID is correct in the Result File, you will need to correct it in the Indicator Mapping App first and resubmit your mappings.  You will also need to wait a few minutes before you can reupload your Results File for the changes to take into effect.

Invalid Disaggregation

Reason:

An invalid disaggregation means the value for MOH_Disag_ID  was not found in the Indicator mapping for the indicator in the MOH_Indicator_ID field.

Next Steps:

  • Review the rows indicated in the error message and verify that the corresponding column(s) is not empty.
    • If the value is missing, add the ID,  save and re-upload your Results file.
  • If the ID is not missing, confirm if it is a valid MOH_Disag_ID  in the Indicator Mapping App.
    • If ID is incorrect, add the correct ID, use the corresponding disaggregation for the MOH_Indicator_ID from the Indicator Mapping App, save and re-upload your Results file.
    • If ID is correct in the Result File, you will need to correct it in the Indicator Mapping App first and resubmit your mappings.  You will also need to wait a few minutes before you can reupload your Results File for the changes to take into effect.

Invalid Facility

Reason:

An invalid facility can mean that:

  1. The facility is empty
  2. The facility is not found in the MOH_Facility_ID  in DHIS2
  3. The facility is not at the site level

Next Steps:

  • Review the rows indicated in the error message and verify that the corresponding column(s) is not empty.
    • If the value is missing, add the MOH_Facility_ID,  save and re-upload your Results file.
  • If the MOH_Facility_ID  is incorrect, update the record to a valid facility based on the ID found in the OrgUnit app.
  • Ensure that all facilities in the Result File are at the site level

Duplicate Rows

Reason:

Duplicate rows mean that there is more than one row which has the same facility ID, indicator ID, disaggregation ID and period.  The combination of the MOH_Facility_ID,  MOH_Indicator_ID, MOH_Disag_ID,  and Period should be unique.

Next Steps:

  • Review the rows indicated in the error message and verify that the corresponding column(s) is not empty.
  • Remove the duplicate rows then save and re-upload your Results file.

An invalid value could  mean any of the following :

  • The value cell is empty
  • The value format is not an integer
  • Value is negative

Next Steps:

  • Review the rows indicated in the error message and verify that the corresponding column(s) is not empty.
  • Enter a positive integer for the value then save and re-upload your Results file.

Invalid Period

Reason:

An invalid period is when the reporting period in the Result file for does not match the reporting period selected in the Data Import App.

Next Steps:

  • Review the rows indicated in the error message and verify that the corresponding column(s) is not empty.
  • If the period is missing, you will need to add it.
  • If the reporting period noted in the Results file does not match the period in the app, change the period in the Results File or the Data Import App.
