DATIM4U for PEPFAR Budget and Projected Expenditure Template

Purpose

This article describes how to process PEPFAR Budget and Projected Expenditure templates for Uganda mechanisms.

DATIM4U for PEPFAR Budget and Projected Expenditure Template

For Uganda mechanisms, if you are a Partner or Agency level user, please use the DATIM4U (D4U) site http://ug.datim4u.org/ to upload, submit, and approve PEPFAR Budget and Projected Expenditure templates. This means you will need to have a D4U user administrator create or edit your Partner or Agency account in DATIM4U, not DATIM.

Templates and in-country approval statuses in DATIM4U are automatically synchronized to DATIM every 10 minutes. No additional measures need to be taken.

Agency HQ users are to use www.datim.org as normal for further review and approval of mechanisms.
