Up until mid-2020, Zendesk agents have been able to use Single Sign-On (SSO) to use their DATIM account to sign in to Zendesk. Recently, we discovered that this introduced a security issue in the process.
To fix this security issue, we have disabled SSO for agents, to include both non-light (Administrators, Team Leaders, and Staff) and light agents.
DATIM end-users are not affected by this change, but light and non-light agents will need to use the URL https://datim.zendesk.com/agent to sign in to Zendesk. If you have been using your DATIM account username and not your email address to sign in to Zendesk up until this point, you will need to reset your password after your account has been updated.
