The DATIM Team conducted maintenance on DATIM user accounts today, May 18, 2021.
What is user account maintenance?
This maintenance will update all accounts to be compliant with the current standard DATIM user types per our user governance document. Some existing accounts in DATIM are no longer configured correctly, and these maintenance actions will ensure users have the right access.
What does this mean for DATIM users?
Some users will not be affected. However, some users may notice additional applications in DATIM (for example, many users will gain access to the Tracker Capture application related to reporting for SRE). A small number of users may find that they are unable to access certain applications for which they previously had access.
What should I do if my account has changed and I need assistance?
For a subset of users, these account changes may affect the way you work in DATIM. If you encounter any issues, please submit a ticket to DATIM Support and specify the access or application with which you are experiencing issues. The support team is ready to assist and recommend the best possible solution.
