FY22 Code lists – Due to metadata changes in DATIM, many MER indicator UIDs have been updated or changed. Please ensure you are using the most up-to-date code lists on the DATIM Data Import and Exchange Resources on DATIM Support.

1.     Overview of Changes

These updates were deployed to DATIM on December 28, 2021 in preparation for FY22 Q1 Data MER Results and COP22/FY23 MER Target data entry period opening on January 5, 2022. This update includes MER FY22 Results and COP22/FY23 Targets data entry form updates (details listed below).

• New Indicators – One new MER indicator for MER 2.6:
• PrEP_CT: Quarterly indicator introduced for reporting beginning in FY22 Q1. It measures continued use of PrEP among patients who returned for a follow-up or re-initiation visit.
• Retired Indicator – One MER indicator has been removed for MER 2.6:
• PrEP_CURR: Data on PrEP will be collected using PrEP_NEW and PrEP_CT. PrEP_CURR and PrEP_CT have different definitions and should not be trended together.
• Updated Indicators – Many indicators underwent modifications in the form of new disaggregates, changes to existing disaggregates, reporting frequency, etc. Further details on specific changes for each indicator can be found below.

• Age Band Expansion – For TX_CURR the 50+ age band will now be collected as 5-year age bands up to age 65 (50-54 M/F, 55-59 M/F, 60-64 M/F, and 65+).
