  • Data change request for Asia Region (Thailand): Corrected MER results data for the closed reporting period FY22 Q1 for HTS_TST under mechanism ID 81422 .
  • Data change request for Democratic Republic of the Congo: Corrected MER results data for the closed reporting period FY22 Q2 for several indicators under mechanism ID 160148.
  • Data change request for Nigeria: Removed MER results data for the closed reporting period FY22 Q3 for EMR_SITE and FPINT_SITE indicators under mechanism ID 160622. These data were entered by mistake.

• Organizational hierarchy update:
  • Ukraine requested to add 123 sites.
