I'm having DATIM access and other issues. What should I do?

Clearing your browser cache is a best practice when working with DATIM to diagnose DATIM system access issues.  To begin, proceed to the DATIM landing page and sign in with your user credentials:

1. At the top right of the page, you will see an icon with nine dots.  Click this icon, and a dropdown screen with available apps will display.  Click the “Browser Cache Cleaner” app with the broom icon:

2. From the following screen, click the “Select All” button to select all available options (the boxes will all be checked once clicked):

3.  Select “Clear all selected items.”

4. After the screen refreshes, you will see that all selected items have cleared from your cache:
