During the waiver period, some USAID and USAID/WCF awards began operating in countries that the award had not previously supported. All known “new” country/award combinations were assigned to new mechanism IDs and associated with the correct partner to facilitate FY25 ER data entry, which will be completed under USAID and USAID/WCF mechanism IDs.
